During a visit to Glendalough, just south of Dublin, I was captivated by its breath-taking scenery, which sparked the inspiration to create a character deeply rooted in Irish folklore. From this vision, Finnian Coghlan, the mischievous and enchanting leprechaun, was born; a character destined to lead readers on extraordinary adventures. Upon returning to England a month later, his story began to take shape, blending fantasy with the magic of the Irish landscape.
